Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love any product that you buy from us. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange it for you or provide store credit if it meets the following conditions:
- The product to be exchanged is intimated within 7 days of delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- The returned product is unused, unworn and the original tags are attached and intact.
- Products that are made-to measure can only be exchanged for another product.
- Products that are customised will not be exchanged.
Further notes:
If the product received has damages upon receipt, it has to be notified by email within 48 hours of delivery and returned to our warehouse within one week.
Return transportation charges are to be borne by the customer in case of exchanges And alterations
We acknowledge the return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
